Fitness is more fun with a friend! Offered on demand, this 60-minute total body workout incorporates strength training, light cardio and abs. This class is suitable for healthy active adults and can be adapted depending on the skill and fitness level of participants. All sessions are by appointment only and offered in a semi-private facility.
